My named is Gieuseppe Monteleone, Padre of the Monteleone Family, i have met some of you during the Consilium in Trois-Riviere.

During that Consilium, something important happen, all the Kindred with influence in the Underworld met to discuss business and to talk about  how the Underworld should be run in Canada. I promise you a way to discuss between each other in a secure matter. It took me more time than anticipated but now this list is secure.
